Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@rumifour.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will issue a refund or replacement once we have received and inspected the item.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalized or customized.
